Dear ANQ friends,

ANQ Congress 2012 will be held in Hong Kong, the beautiful Pearl of the East, from
July 30 to August 3, 2012. I, on behalf of Asian Network for Quality (ANQ), would
like to invite and welcome you to attend the Congress.

The theme of the Congress is “Striving for Excellence through Product and Service
Quality”. Until now, the connotation of quality has extended beyond the scope of product
manufacturing to cover various other industrial sectors including service, healthcare and education.
At the Congress, delegates and quality professionals from different countries and
regions will focus on this subject and discuss how to achieve excellence in both our
life and work by improving the quality of product and service.

Since its establishment in 2002, the Annual Congress of ANQ has become an effective
platform for networking, information exchange and enhanced experience sharing among delegates. I hope all participants will take this opportunity to
strengthen communication and apply what they acquire in future quality
improvement work by learning more methods and tools, and sharing successful ideas
and experience.

ANQ Congress 2012 is hosted by China Association for Quality (CAQ), Hong Kong
Society for Quality (HKSQ) and The Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology (HKUST). They have been making great efforts in preparation for this
Congress. I hereby express my sincere appreciation to them and wish the Congress a
complete success!
